The Rebel Mamas | the coolest mamas I know

If you don’t know who the Rebel Mamas are, you are missing out!

I had the honour of meeting them way back a few months after I had my son when we were interviewed and photographed for a feature they were doing about motherhood. I was elated about meeting them, as it was after I had received their book as a gift and they had me at the first page (best gift I had received when I was in the throws of postpartum!). Check out the book here, and TODAY they just released their second book, no longer on pre-order, you can get this baby today, and you really should!

Jump to this summer where I had the honour of photographing them. It was a sunny evening in one of my most favourite spots in Toronto, the light was magic, they were stunning (plus so much fun to work with) and their boys were pretty darn cute too.

But the best part about them is that they are the real deal! They foster a pretty amazing motherhood community that really lets you be true to motherhood without all the fluff, which is nice in a world where real things happen and feeling alone in the hard times is not a good thing for anyone. And, as amazing as they are online, they are just as amazing in real life, if not better.
