Stef & Matt | an at home family session

This morning was pretty special. Like so many of the lifestyle sessions I have the honour of doing, they always seem to hold a little something extra.

For Stef & Matt, they were about to move on to the next adventure of a new house and we wanted to capture their last memories in the place that was Matt’s first home.

And so, we captured the two of them exactly as they are, doing the things that are them.

Stef is a woman of grace. Matt is the kindest soul. The two of them melt the heart.

With every shoot I do, I feel like I learn a lot and with this session, I felt like I learned a lot more than usual, plus bonding with these beautiful humans, this beautiful mama and capturing that love between a boy & his mom definitely had a special spot in my heart.

Stef & Matt, I cant wait to see you again, thank you for giving me the honour of freezing these last moments in this special place of yours. xo
